TISAX®
What the carmaker asked for, translated into scope and sequence.
What this work consists of
We prepare your company for the TISAX® assessment, the mechanism the automotive supply chain uses to avoid auditing every supplier individually. The starting point is the request from the automaker or your direct customer: we translate that requirement into an assessment objective and level, because getting this framing wrong means preparing the company for the wrong assessment.
In practice, we run a gap assessment against the VDA ISA catalog, complete and review the self-assessment item by item, organize the evidence behind each answer, and rehearse before the assessor arrives. We will need your existing documents, access to the people responsible for the areas under assessment, and, depending on the level, access to the physical facilities.
The required level changes the depth of preparation. A remote assessment relies on documents and remote interviews. An on-site assessment adds a facility inspection, which means also preparing what the assessor sees while walking the plant. The assessment itself is conducted by an accredited audit provider and the label is issued by ENX. DM11 does not assess, and that is deliberate: whoever prepares you cannot judge you.
How we conduct it, stage by stage
The stages and deliverables below describe the Level 2: remote assessment modality. The other modalities appear when you request the proposal.
Scope definition
We agree in writing what is in and what is out, and why. A badly defined scope is the most common cause of a project running over.
Evidence gathering
We collect what already exists: documents, configurations and logs. We start from what the company has, rather than from a blank form.
Gap assessment
We compare what exists today with what the reference requires, item by item, and classify each gap by risk and by effort to fix. The result comes out in order of attack: what to do first and why, instead of an inventory of everything that is wrong.
Audit support
We rehearse the audit beforehand, in the format the auditor will use, so findings surface with us and not with them. During fieldwork we sit in on the sessions and help your team present the right evidence at the right moment. Whatever still gets flagged becomes a corrective action plan, with an owner and a deadline.
What is not included
- The assessment itself: DM11 is not an accredited audit provider, and that is deliberate, to avoid any conflict of interest
- Issuing the label, which belongs to ENX
- Sharing the result on the platform, which stays under your control
- Hiring the accredited audit provider and registering on the ENX platform, which are done in your company's name
- Construction work and physical upgrades identified in the assessment, which are your investment and enter the plan with a defined priority
- The automaker's or customer's decision to accept the result, which remains theirs
- Day-to-day operation of the controls after implementation, which can be added as an ongoing service
Usually comes together with
Not a bundle, and it changes nothing you have already chosen. It is what tends to come up next, in the experience of companies that have been through this.
